Bat Runs
Our Bat Runs are night-time fell runs, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesday's run is at Carwags (Beacon Fell Country Park) and is a run on good paths, very suitable for newcomers to bat running (start time: 6:30pm). Thursday's runs are from various locations and tend to be more "adventurous" (start time: 7:00pm).
Another season of after dark activity has now commenced - there are plenty of outings to keep you moving instead of sitting at home losing fitness.
