No training on farmland as this is private land. Training on fell access land only. Access from Rigg Lane carpark. Please respect the farmers land otherwise the race will be in jeopardy.
Kit Requirements
Please note minimum kit requirement will be enforced. Seniors & Under 18y please bring Cagoule, leggings, map, compass and whistle. Some maps will be available on the day. Junior races <12, <14 & <16 likely to need at least a cagoule. Remember no kit, no run. Kit checks will take place. Only in warm, sunny and stable weather may this requirement be relaxed.
